Life Cycle’s team of experts are led by Ms. Tira Myers, CPCM, CFCM, President & CEO.  With over 21 years of experience, Ms. Myers has partnered with employers and clients, serving as both an individual contributor and executive to deliver effective and efficient life cycle contract management, contract compliance reviews and performance improvement, resulting in operational excellence.  Ms. Myers is a member of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA), U.S. Women’s Chamber of Commerce (USWCC),  Women in Defense Greater Hampton Roads (WIDGHR) and serves on the National Veteran Small Business Coalition- Mid Atlantic Chapter Board. 

She applies effective contract management skills, in step with negotiation of most favorable contractual terms and conditions, resulting in millions of dollars in cost savings and optimized revenue recognition. She successfully applies industry best practice, complemented by continued innovation to achieve and maintain contract management excellence. Ms. Myers is known for achieving results with a solution-based contract management approach, working with teams and personnel at all levels internally and externally.
