Life Cycle’s team of experts are led by Ms. Tira Myers, CPCM, CFCM, Founder and CEO.  With over 23 years of experience, Ms. Myers has partnered with former employers, clients, and industry consultants, serving as an individual contributor, advisor, and executive to deliver effective and efficient life cycle "cradle to grave" contract management, grant management, and compliance consulting, resulting in successful outcomes and operational excellence.  Ms. Myers is a member of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA), holding the Certified Federal Contract Manager (CFCM) and Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) certifications. 

Tira is the "strategist's strategist", equal parts government contracting guru and visionary entrepreneur.  She does not just manage contracts, she architects them with foresight, finesse, and a clear eye on cost effectiveness, revenue, organizational financial, and margin goals.  Tira is pragmatic, always aligning creativity with compliance.  With precision, she applies her versatility in experience and skills, in step with negotiation of most favorable contractual terms and conditions, understanding of accounting and finance, business development, operations, and application of compliance, resulting in millions of dollars in cost savings and optimized revenue recognition and growth.
